iF Design is the German-based International Forum Design and they evaluate product designs from all areas and this year they chose the Kia Sportage and Optima as recipient of the design prize.
In addition to design quality, the jury also recognizes a number of other criteria, including workmanship, level of innovativeness, eco-friendliness, ergonomics and safety.
The Sportage is Kia 's all-new compact CUV while the all-new Optima is the Korean carmaker's altest contender in the D-segment.
