Legendary Eastern European Exhaust Meister Akrapovic is now offering better brething to Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X with their new set of cans.

T\he system can be bought as slip ons or complete breather kits

The slip ons consists of two titanium mufflers and Akrapovic's own cast Y-shaped collectors.

Slip-On system , homologated:

Hard facts:

• Plus 11 HP (at 6400 rpm)
• Plus 9 Nm of torque (at 3900 rpm)
• 5 kg lighter than stock

Optional:

• Titanium down pipe
• 2 titanium (sandblasted and coated) tail pipes
• 2 carbon fiber tail pipes

The Evolution system can be fitted with or without catalytic converters, a critical option for competition drivers.

With the complete evolution kit, power is increased by 31 horses at 6,600rpm while toque increases by 36Newton metres at 3,200rpm.

The system comes in 3 configurations; slip-on, evolution system and the evolution system with down pipe. The later 2 versions have the option with or without catalyst for ultimate horse power gains. Made entirely from their unique proprietary titanium material, the full evolution system will shave an amazing 16kg of mass from the car’s weight. While on the output end, it does not disappoint. There’s a gain of 31HP at 6600RPM and 36NM of torque at 3100RPM on the wheels. There’s also the options of 2 exhaust tail pipes to choose from, sandblasted and coated titanium or carbon fibre.
