The Jazz is called the Fit in Japan and these images, which look like they could plausibly be from a scanned brochure shows what appears to be a Fit MPV or station wagon.
According to the scanned documents it is called the Fit Shuttle,
The interior shot seem to indicate that it is a five seater so one can assume that they had lengthened the wheelbase to give rear passengers more luxury in terms of legroom and create a humongous boot that can swallow a large piece of furniture without choking up that tailgate.
